Introduction:
RH-TQL50 Low Air Permeability Tester adopts the latest technology and the most versatile test method. This instrument tests the permeability of thin film, paper, and other sheet objects. This instrument is a special instrument for testing the permeability of ultra-low thin sheets. It is a fully automated instrument controlled by a single chip microcomputer. The test method takes into account various methods such as Schopper method, Bentsen method and Gurely method etc. It is an advanced instrument for testing plastic film, paper, packaging, medical and automotive industries that meets international standards.

Working Principle:
According to the principle of pressure difference method, place the pre-processed sample between the upper and lower test heads.?A constant pressure difference is formed on both sides of the sample.?Under the action of pressure difference, the air?flows from the upper test head?through the sample to the lower?test head, and the air permeability of the sample is calculated according to the area, pressure difference and flow rate of the sample.
